1. Web Hosting Plans (Shared Hosting)
  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may cancel your shared hosting plan within the first 14 days of service and receive a full refund if you encounter any of the following issues:
    • Technical difficulties that cannot be resolved.
    • Missing features promised during sign-up.
    • Unresolved server errors or performance issues.
  • Conditions for Refund:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our cancellation form (available on our website).
    • A clear explanation for the cancellation must be provided.
    • We reserve the right to determine if your reason for cancellation is valid and whether all reasonable steps were taken to resolve the issue.
  • Exclusions:
    • Add-on products, such as domain registration, SSL certificates, or other similar services, are not covered under the 14-day money-back guarantee.
    • Payment gateway fees will apply and be deducted from the refund.
    • No refunds will be provided for violations of the terms of service.
2. Hosting Services Beyond 14 Days
  • No Refunds: Refunds are not available for cancellations of shared hosting plans or reseller hosting services after the initial 14-day period.
  • Special, customized, or temporary hosting packages are also non-refundable.
3. VPS & Dedicated Servers
  • No Refund Policy: Monthly services like Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Servers are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any unused periods, regardless of when the service is canceled.
  • Once the service is provisioned and active, no refund requests will be entertained for VPS or dedicated server products.
4. Add-On Services
  • No Refunds for Add-On Services: The following products and services are non-refundable:
    • Domain registration, renewal, or transfer.
    • SSL certificates.
    • Licensing (e.g., software licenses).
    • Email services (e.g., email hosting, VPN email service).
    • VPN services.
    • Technical support, design, development, templates, themes, and other web services.
5. Customized or Special Packages
  • No Refunds: Special, customized, or temporary service packages, including promotional offers, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Refund Process & Payment Gateway Fees
  • To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email or use the cancellation form available on our website.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Payment Gateway Fees: Refunds will be subject to the payment gateway fees incurred at the time of the original transaction. These fees vary based on the payment method used (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) and will be deducted from the refund amount.
